Return Policy

New/Unused Product Returns

Motorsport Teknik will accept returns for new and unused products within 30 days of the ship date for a refund to the original payment method used. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Used, installed, mounted, modified, damaged, or otherwise altered products are not eligible for return or refund. Products that show signs of installation, use, wear, or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item will be considered used and will not be accepted for return.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and fees. If selecting to use a prepaid shipping label, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

All new/unused products must be in new, resalable condition and returned in the original packaging, including all original labeling, manuals, hardware, accessories, and components. Special order parts are non-refundable and non-returnable.

In the event that we find an error on our website or an error made by a Motorsport Teknik Representative, we will provide a return shipping label from the original delivery location.

Refused Packages

Any domestic orders that are returned to Motorsport Teknik as refused by the receiver or non-deliverable will be processed as a return in compliance with our standard return policy, including a 20% restocking fee, along with any applicable return shipping or handling charges.

Any international orders that are refused at the time of delivery may be subject to carrier abandonment of the package, at which time the ordered products may be discarded by the carrier. The customer will not be refunded for the value of the order if the products are abandoned or discarded, and the products may no longer be retrievable.

Core Charge

Some products offered by Motorsport Teknik may have a core charge deposit that is required during the initial purchase. In some cases, Motorsport Teknik may not be made aware of a core charge until after a product has been ordered. If a core charge is required after the product has been ordered, Motorsport Teknik may contact the customer to inform them of the additional core charge.

Core charges are usually combined with the initial cost of the product purchased, and you may qualify for a core refund if the applicable core is returned. Please contact a Customer Service Representative to obtain an RMA number.

In order to receive core credit, the product must be in rebuildable condition without damage, structural harm, or missing items. The core must be returned to Motorsport Teknik in the original OEM packaging in which the replacement product was sent.

Motorsport Teknik inspects all products returned for core credit and reserves the right to determine whether a returned core qualifies for core credit. Cores that are not returned in the required original packaging may not qualify for core credit. Motorsport Teknik does not accept junkyard cores.

If a returned core does not meet these requirements, the item may be returned to the customer or discarded at the customer's discretion. If core credit is denied, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with having the item returned.

Please allow adequate time for core returns to be inspected and processed before a refund is issued. Return shipping for core charge refunds is the sole responsibility of the buyer, and all cores must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase.

Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact Motorsport Teknik Customer Service or use the return options available through your Motorsport Teknik account. All returns require prior authorization before being shipped back.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used on the order or, where applicable, issued as an in-store credit. In the event that multiple forms of payment were used, the refund may be issued as an in-store credit. If Motorsport Teknik provides a prepaid return shipping label, the cost of that label may be deducted from the total refund unless the return is the result of an error by Motorsport Teknik.

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless otherwise authorized in writing by Motorsport Teknik.

Used, installed, mounted, modified, damaged, or altered products are not returnable.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Motorsport Teknik will not accept COD deliveries.

All in-store credit balances will expire one year from the original purchase date.

Our Shipping & Receiving Department does not accept packages without a return authorization number. Please include a copy of your invoice with the returned package.
