CSF Heavy Duty Intercoolers are the perfect upgrade for your 99-03 Ford Super Duty 7.3L TD. The Heavy-Duty Bar & Plate Construction All-Aluminum Cast End Tanks have been Pressure Tested at 120 psi for Maximum Reliability in Extreme Boost Applications. This intercooler is a true "Drop-in Fit" installation with precise OEM-Style inlet/outlet connections and requires no modifications. In addition, each cooler comes finished in CSF's Thermal Rejection Powder-Coating for greater cooling performance and a sleek OEM+ look. Thermal Rejection coatings offer up to 15% improvement in heat dissipation over non coated intercoolers.

Additionally, UPS/FedEx delivers ALL orders Monday thru Friday, regardless of the shipping time. If you need an order to be delivered on a Saturday (this applies to Next Day Air orders only), there is a $20 Saturday delivery fee, and this can only be arranged for by calling in and placing your order over the phone.
