These thermostats are designed as a direct-fit replacement for your aged factory units. The Mishimoto thermostats have a lower activation temperature (187 F/197 F) compared to the factory thermostats (192 F/203 F). The lower activation temperatures allow coolant to flow through the engine earlier, which reduces and maintains lower engine temperatures. These thermostats are ideal for use in warmer climates or under extreme towing/driving conditions. Pair this thermostat set with the Mishimoto 6.4L Powerstroke Aluminum Performance Radiator for a complete cooling system overhaul. As with all our products, these thermostats include the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty, ensuring superior product quality and craftsmanship.

Business days are Monday through Friday; orders are not guaranteed to be processed on weekends. Orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed the following business day, regardless of the shipping method. Additionally, UPS/FedEx delivers ALL orders Monday thru Friday, regardless of the shipping time. If you need an order to be delivered on a Saturday (this applies to Next Day Air orders only), there is a $20 Saturday delivery fee, and this can only be arranged for by calling in and placing your order over the phone.
